Commissioning & Approval – the final spurt to prodctive operation

For commissioning of automated plants there are also required extensive preparations in the area of process technoogy and plant setup. Thus we provide a large package starting with

• calibration support for the plant supplier through
• dry and wet testing up to
• commissioning under production conditions.

On request we also take care of the commisioning coordination  for sub-systems or units of third parties as far as this is benefitial for an efficient processing of the entire project.

The measure for us and our solutions are the requirements of our customers and thus we offer support for

• functional and performance tests within the final approval.

In case of processes that are subject to validation this includes on request also

• Support for carrying out the Operational (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
