For one of the leading manufacturers of films, Klöckner Pentaplast, we developed a fully automatic roll wrapping line with five Fanuc robots. Around 1,000 rolls with widths of 100 to 1,550 mm, diameters of up to 800 mm and unit weights of 10 kg to 1.5 t are now packed daily. A large project in the truest sense of the word.
Special packaging requirements of the semiconductor industry
The packaging of transport containers for FOSBs is subject to the strictest criteria. cts offers semi-automatic and fully automatic solutions for packing FOSBs. Our bagging tools significantly increase throughput and offer a considerable increase in quality and safety during packaging.

Especially in the food industry, unpacking partly frozen products into cartons is a labor-intensive task! It is important to prevent product injury and contamination.
